Permanent Dental Implants in Midlothian, TX

I had my teeth cleaned today and the dental hygienist was terrific!  Dr. J’s office is all about making sure the patient is treated in a kind and respectful manner.

I always have a good time visiting with the staff while I’m there. The ladies are so nice and Dr. Jaramillo is awesome. He knows I love the Dallas Stars so we talk hockey every time I come in. It’s a professional environment, but I prefer a more laid back visit, and they always accommodate. They’re really good about explaining procedural steps while working to make the patient feel at ease. I’ve been coming to this dentist office for 25+ years. I’ve seen a lot of staff come and go over the years, and I’ve seen the business grow, but somehow it never loses its small town feel.

The staff here is very knowledgeable.  The Dr. Jaramillo was great and helped me come up with a plan to get my dental hygiene taken care of. I highly recommend.

I’ve always dreaded trips to the dentist in the past. But this dental office is different. From the warm greetings you are met with at the front door to the very knowledgeable people in the back of the office, I can always trust that I am in great hands. I definitely recommend this place!

Staff is very kind & always very friendly here.The Dr, “Dr. J.” Is so kind & gentle, explains carefully what & why he is doing what he is doing. I came home w a new replaced crown on a molar, thinking I might need Tylenol. Never needed it or thought about it all evening.

They made the crown while I waited (2 hrs. Total!!). Awesome!

Marina the dental hygienist is very gentle & very good. Our whole family goes here!

They were even kind enough to work in my 77yo sister when she had a tooth break off!!

Marina took such great care of me and my teeth! We brainstormed together about what could be the cause of my decay and she recommended so many great preventatives to try and keep me out of the dentist. Will come back for my cleanings with her again!

Marina, my hygienist at Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry, is amazing! My daughter was with me during my appointment. She actually fell asleep when we arrived and stayed asleep the entire time I was getting my cleaning. I truly believe that was because of how relaxing the office atmosphere is. Dr. J and his team from the front office to patient rooms are top of their profession. I needed multiple implants done, did my research of doctors in the Midlothian. Dr. J was the only one who did the process from start to finish. I would recommend Dr. J and his team to anyone neededing implant surgery.

The office staff are welcoming and professional, and Dulce always greets you with warmth that makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. Marina, my hygienist, is wonderful, friendly, gentle, and thorough, turning what could be a routine appointment into something you actually look forward to. Dr. J. stands out for his approachable manner and genuine care. He takes time to listen, explain, and answer questions in a way that makes you feel both comfortable and confident in your treatment. The combination of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail makes this practice exceptional.

My experience was so special and pleasant. I had complete confidence with the hygienist and the doctor. They told me how they could help with my problem. Maybe I can take advantage of it some day. Thank you so much.
