If you’re getting ready for your first appointment at Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry, we want to start by thanking you for giving us the opportunity to care for your family’s oral health. When you arrive at our office, one of our friendly team members will offer a warm greeting, answer any questions you may have, and help you complete your information forms, if you haven’t done so prior to arriving at our office.
Patients sometimes put off dental treatment due to the cost involved. Oftentimes, it isn’t because the patient lacks the financial ability to pay; but, they just want a convenient way to pay that works into their lifestyle.
If you are a patient with insurance, we will help you maximize your benefits. We deal with insurance daily and understand it better than most. We do not contract with any insurance company because of the limitations that it places on our doctor/patient relationship, however, we are more than happy to help you get the most out of your coverage. We will verify, estimate and file most PPO claims. If you have questions about your specific benefit plan, please ask one of our team members and we will do our best to find the answer.
For the out-of-pocket costs of treatment, we accept payment in full at the time of your visit. We take payment in the form of cash, check, or major credit card. We also work frequently with CareCredit, and Wells Fargo.
